It looks like all of the shows that we love are finally making their season premieres. “Gossip Girl” and “One Tree Hill” (my two favorite) have already begun. Of course there are more shows to come that include “Smallville”, “Heroes”, and the hit reality inspiration “The Biggest Loser”. This show is the best reality show I have ever watched and is the only one I can actually sit through.
Why? Because it is a show that actually helps hundreds of people accomplish their dreams in a realistic way. It helps those who really need it and changes lives for the better. They don’t break hearts and try to find false love like in “The Bachelor” or “Bachelorette” and they don’t back stab like in “Big Brother”.
The show will be starting its 6th season this Fall. Contestants will be separated into two different groups; husband/wife teams and parent/child teams. Jillian Michael and Bob Harper will be returning to the show as the team trainers and will be working their hardest to get everyone into the best possible shape.
In the season premiere, the trainers will fly to each team’s hometown to surprise them with the news that they’ve made the show. The Biggest Loser kicks off its sixth season on Tuesday, September 16th at 8pm ET.
