‘The Bachelorette’ Shocks Audiences
The season finale of ‘The Bachelorette’ had a twist to it that none were expecting and that many people were not happy with. The two contestants that were left vying for DeAnna Marie Pappas life was the responsible and hansom Jason Mesnick and the free spirit Jesse Csincsack. Audiences were shocked that Jesse had made it this far believing that he would have been kicked off at the beginning of the show.
On the final episode both men got down on one knee - but she only said yes to one. When Jason got down on one knee audiences were beaming thinking that her answer would be yes - but all were shocked when she stopped him from saying anything and said, “No I can’t!”
Audiences weren’t the only ones who were shocked by this. “I was so ready to be in love again,” Jason said on the limo ride back.
When it was Jesse’s turn she didn’t hesitate to answer yes. In fact the two have already set the wedding date for May 9, 2009. They announced their wedding plans during the ‘After the Final Rose’ episode.
DeAnna said that her not choosing Jason was not because he had a 3 year old son. Of course we all remember that during the season her family told her that to choose him she would be ‘fast-forwarding’ her life ahead to a family. She said that she was more of a free spirit like Jesse and was not trying to think and make plans far ahead into the future.
